1. Acceptance
By accessing LabXmart you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
LabXmart serves verified businesses, laboratories, hospitals, research institutions and licensed practitioners. Personal-use orders for controlled substances are not supported.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Orders & pricing
Prices displayed are in INR exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or insufficient supplier inventory.
5. Payment terms
Payment is due at checkout unless you have an approved credit line. Late payments on credit-line invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month after the due date.
6. Regulated products
Schedule H/H1/X drugs, controlled chemicals and biological materials require valid licensing documentation. We verify licenses before dispatch and report violations to authorities.
7. Limitation of liability
LabXmart's aggregate liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
