1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account, placing orders, requesting quotes or contacting support — including name, email, phone, company details, GSTIN, and shipping addresses. We also automatically collect device data, IP address, browser type and usage patterns through cookies and analytics tooling.
2. How we use information
Your information is used to fulfil orders, process payments, verify institutional credentials, deliver shipments, send transactional communications, prevent fraud, and improve our platform. We do not sell your information to third parties.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with verified suppliers (for order fulfilment), logistics partners (Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery), payment gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, PayU), and regulatory authorities when legally required.
4. Data retention
Transactional records are retained for 7 years as mandated by Indian tax law. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent. Audit trails for cold-chain shipments are retained for 5 years.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, email privacy@labxmart.in. We respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We employ TLS 1.3 encryption, PCI-DSS Level 1 payment infrastructure, ISO 27001 compliant operations, and continuous security monitoring. Despite our measures, no system is 100% secure; we encourage strong passwords and 2FA.
