Eligible returns
Sealed, unopened consumables — within 7 days of delivery. Equipment with manufacturing defects — within 14 days. Wrong product shipped — anytime, free pickup.
Non-returnable items
Opened sterile packaging, custom-synthesized reagents, cold-chain items where the temperature log shows breach on your side, and Schedule H/H1/X drugs cannot be returned for biosafety and regulatory reasons.
Cold-chain integrity
If your cold-chain shipment arrives with a temperature excursion logged by our IoT loggers, we issue an immediate full replacement at no cost. Do not use the product; raise a ticket within 24 hours.
How to initiate a return
From Account → Orders, click "Return" against the item. Choose pickup or self-ship. Pickup is free for items above ₹2,000.
Refund timeline
Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item. UPI / card refunds settle in 3-5 business days. Credit-line invoices are reversed instantly.
Replacements
If you prefer a replacement over a refund, we ship the new item the same day we receive the return — no waiting for refund processing.
