Delivery timelines
Same-day metro delivery available in 14 cities for in-stock items ordered before 1 PM. Standard delivery: 3–5 business days across India. Express delivery: 1–2 business days. International: 7–14 business days to 47 countries.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on orders above ₹5,000. Below that, ₹199 flat. Express ₹399. Same-day metro ₹899. International rates calculated at checkout.
Cold-chain shipments
Temperature-sensitive items ship in validated PCM coolers (2–8 °C, –20 °C, –70 °C, or –196 °C dry-shipper). Every cold-chain shipment carries an IoT temperature logger; you receive a CSV trace on delivery.
Hazardous goods
UN-classified hazmat ships via certified couriers (Blue Dart Aviation, FedEx IATA-licensed handlers). Lead times add 1–2 days for documentation.
Tracking
All shipments include AWB tracking accessible from your account. SMS and email updates fire at dispatch, in-transit, out-for-delivery and delivered stages.
Failed delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier retries the next business day (up to 3 attempts). After 3 failures, the order returns to our DC and you can choose redelivery (₹199) or refund.
International shipping
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for major markets (US, UK, EU, UAE, Singapore). For other destinations, duties are paid on delivery as DDU.
